| I just came back from watching it. It's a really good film; good story, good actors and characters, nicely shot etc. The "fourth wall" humor was simply amazing, so very funny and clever. But the "rated R" jokes were a bit meh... I don't know if I was just expecting too much on edge, they all just weren't really. It's sad when you get a joke but don't find it funny... | you know i've learned alotta life lessons watching the movies i like. From THE LAST SAMURAI, i learned i had to power to forget and erase the past [no matter how tragic] while embracing the present to make room for the future. THE MATRIX showed me the power of PURPOSE and how important it is to know WHY you're here. MAN OF STEEL taught me to embrace destiny while understanding the journey of identity..... of course in BATMAN BEGINS, which is my fave superhero BTW, i learned the greatest line from Liam Neeson- " The training is NOTHING; but the WILL is EVERYTHING! THE WILL TO ACT!" and now the latest thing i learned from watching DEADPOOL is my new maxim=MAXIMUM EFFORT! trust me folks, this stuff is real and it works for me in makin life smoother! we should put maximum effort in what we do; however it still requires strong will to act on that impulse! hence what made DEADPOOl slice up bad guys so good! | Leonardo Braynen |
